Heat in London carried out a Powerflush using our Kamco powerflush machine on an underfloor heating system that was not giving out the same heat output as it previously had.
Heat in London carried out a cylinder replacement in Addiscombe. Customer immersion heater was broken and due to the age of the cylinder it was not possible to replace. We were able to upgrade the cylinder and lagged all accessible pipe work to bring the system up to regulation.
During this visit in Chipstead Heat in London carried out a tightness test, fitted a 1/2″ iron to the hob inlet. Heat in London then connected the hob to the gas supply, carried out the tightness test that passed, commissioned the hob and completed a safety certificate for the works carried out.
Power Flush carried out in Thornton Heath. You will see the black on the machine, this is normally chrome however the dirt/grime taken out is evident on our machine. Do you need a power flush?
Heat in London decommissioned and removed cold water storage tank, vented cylinder and redundant pipework to supply and fit 250ltr Solar unvented hot water cylinder in the same location as the current cylinder.
We used both coils for the boiler feeds for the best performance. When solar power is fitted this needs to be reconfigured so that 1 of the coils will be heated via the solar heat. We reconfigured the pipes in the airing cupboard to suit this new cylinder.

Removed existing shower pump and reconfigure pipework to suit.
Supplied and fit 15mm pressure reducing valve to the incoming mains supply under the kitchen sink. To prevent unbalanced cold supply’s on mixer taps entering the hot supply and causing back flow.
Using a 18litre expansion vessel, we converted the heating system to a pressurized system.
Heating system was treated with the correct levels of system inhibitor once work had been completed.
At this job in Beddington Lane we replaced the showers and urinals.
Within this job we had to remove the panelling to gain access to the pipework for the different aspects of this job and to isolate the hot and cold water feeds. The old showers and TMV valves were decomissioned.
New holes were needed to run pipes through for the new showers and urinals along with connecting new hot and cold feeds to the shower location. All delabie mechanical shower panels and urinals were tested for correct operation before panels replaced.
Heat in London completed this bathroom refurbishment for our customer which included the following works to take it to a high finish.
To complete the job we drained the heating and domestic system, hot and cold supplies were brought to the necessary area from the capped pipes.
We fitted a thermostatic shower bar and riser rail, hand wash basin, concealed toilet frame with back to wall pan. Furthermore on this job we installed the new heated towel rail in the bathroom with a new radiator in the room adjacent to the shower room.
Customer also requested for an outside tap to be installed at the front of the property which was also completed by Heat in London
Heat in London carried out a full boiler service at this property in Wallington. We drained the heating system, replaced the faulty zone valve. After the work was completed we refilled, vented and tested.
Heat in London carried out a full boiler service whilst also checking slow draining shower and water pressure.

We removed and replaced the old emersion with a brand new indirect cylinder at the property with a new emersion. With all the wiring carried out but one of our trusted qualified electrician that we work with.
At this property Heat in London assisted by fitting a 22mm Lever Valve. Existing incoming mains stopcock was ceased shut and the property did not have a on street isolation valve.
Heat in London froze the pipe using Artic Spray Disposable Pipe Freezing Kit and fitted a new 22mm lever valve for ease and quick isolation. Customer advised to contact the water board to fit them a on street isolation valve.

Heat in London are proud to of completed this Vaillant boiler install in the loft of a wonderful property situated in New Addington Croydon. Removing the old storage tank, boiler, redundant pipework and cylinder decommissioned.
We had to build a timber frame into the loft space for the boiler to be fitted on and fit loft boards to create a safe pass to the boiler.
The boiler itself was a Vaillant 830 combination boiler which comes with a 10 year manufactures guarantee included. Boiler flue terminated through roof and new gas supply was ran into the loft via the hall cupboard.
All the pipework lagged to prevent freezing and energy wastage in accordance with Building Regulation.
We replaced an Ideal Isar with a Vaillant EcoFit Pure 830 combination boiler that comes with 10 years warranty included. 3 years of servicing was also provided with the price.
We also installed a Hive Smart stat along with this boiler replacement. Our successful work allowed for the rest of the kitchen to contiune it’s refurbishment.
Powerflush services were carried out using our Kamco cf90 pump and our brand new self-heating magnet filter. This allows us to clean the system and boiler with warm water even when the boiler is out of action.
