Called to a property in the South Croydon area to investigate a leak that is coming from one flat to another. The piping ran along the outside of the building and then went into the building. The leak was on the internal part of this.

To carry out the repair we needed to run a new external waste pipe bypassing the internal section. A new condense hole was drilled and the condense re routed and connected externally, followed by running the pipe following roof pitch to external waste pipe where it was re-connected.
