At this property Heat in London fitted a brand new Vaillant ecoFit pure 30kw combination boiler with 10 years warranty. We fitted rear flue so that the boiler would sit high as discussed with our customer along with a wireless Honeywell programable thermostat. The installation was carried out to the full manufacture’s guidelines of the boiler along with our own guarantees.
The team condensed pipe to run internally to the sink waste pipe after the kitchen was removed A new heating carcass was agreed to be ran round the perimeter of the kitchen to feed the hall, lounge and dining room new radiators which is scheduled to be supplied and fitted by Heat in London.
Boiler fully commissioned and registered with Gas Safe and Vaillant Warranty.
Three years boiler service included.
This job is ready for the electrician stage, who will make a permanent electrical connection once the new kitchen is fitted.
