Heat in London carried out this job in Beckenham London which involved installing underfloor heating and a new Worcester boiler.

Heat in London supplied and fitted the underfloor heating system throughout the kitchen, dining room and down stairs toilet. The toilet section was fitted using metal spreader plates that sit on top of the joist ready for the builders to install insulation boards between the joist to give the best possible performance of the underfloor heating. The remaining sections we fitted the installation boards and clipped all in to place ready for the floor to be screed. To control the underfloor heating we installed a Neo Air Thermostat.

The boiler installed was a Worcester 8000 Life 50kw combination boiler with 5 years warranty includedif yearly serviced. This boiler was recommended after we carried out test of the preassure and flow rate of the incoming mains, we also fitted Worcester magnetic filters to the heating return pipe as per the manufactures instructions along with mains shock arrestor to the incoming mains and fully registered the boiler with Worcester as gas safe.

To control the heating of the property a Hive wireless thermostat was installed and the heating system was flushed with chemicals.
